Lately, I've been thinking of Omumu more as a micro-conversion engine than a customer education platform.
Let me unwrap that.
First, as a business, we want to convert:
- visits to leads
- leads to customers
- customers to repeat customers
- repeat customers to evangelists
There's only three ways to make more money in a business, and these conversions cover all of those.
